Because of the hard work they put in I was able to get out of a very bad situation and I now have the opportunity to “move forward”! Frank Powell and the team were very professional and accommodating. I was selling my parents house after they both had passed away, so as you can imagine I had lots of emotions and they were very understanding. I never had to leave my home in Georgia, was able to communicate with the closing attorney while I was on vacation, and received the money in my checking account immediately upon closing.
