My wife and I were planning to sell her parents house. We received a letter from Partners Direct Investments about buying the house. I have no idea how they even knew the house was vacant, but it turned out be a "blessing in disguise." I met with Jason and he looked over the house, did some paperwork, figuring, and offered us what I thought was a very fair price. I saved us a lot of headaches as they were going to do the remodeling, lawyer fees, closings cost, etc. We decided to go with Partners DIrect and are very glad we did. Everything they did was first class and very professional. They were always on time and easy to work with. We met with the lawyers and Jason and that meeting went extremely easy. We were supposed to meet at 2:00-we arrived at 1:35 and were gone by 1:50. They had all the paperwork ready, checks ready, and all we had to do was sign and leave.
