Birmingham Homebuyers recently helped a seller out of a nasty foreclosure situation in Trussville. The home was just days away from going to the Jefferson County courthouse steps for auction when we were able to get the foreclosure delayed and purchase the seller’s house. Otherwise, the seller would have been forced out of the property with no money. But Birmingham Homebuyers was able to get the auction date pushed back long enough for the seller to sell the house and get cash in her pocket!
